Our History
Office Centers is a leading provider of real estate services in O’Fallon, Illinois with its beginnings tracing back to Bob Wolfe. Since 1985, a Bob Wolfe company has been leading the way in the real estate development market. Whether it is providing residential subdivision development, professional office park development or commercial property management, we have been the frontrunner. Mr. Wolfe established a number of companies as a specialist in the real estate arena. In 1998, Office Centers, Inc. was created to undertake each project under one roof. LeAnn Ozier, President of Office Centers, has assembled a talented staff of dedicated professionals who offer experience and expertise in the areas of real estate, site selection, project management, customer service and building maintenance. We can accomplish the entire development process – from land acquisition, building layout, construction, leasing and management – enabling us to evaluate opportunities and move quickly when timing is critical. During the past twenty-five years, over 220,000 square feet of office space has been developed under Bob Wolfe’s guidance, 150,000 of which has been built by Office Centers. Our company has grown to include Williamsburg Center Office Development and Colony Square Office Development.
It all began with Eagle Center Office Park, the harbinger in the professional office park arena in O’Fallon. Over a period of ten years, nine buildings consisting of over 80,000 square feet of space were constructed.
Next came, Williamsburg Center Professional Park, which currently consists of nine buildings including approximately 100,000 square feet.
Colony Square, the only office park directly outside one of Southern Illinois’ largest employers, Scott Air Force Base, was developed in concurrence with our other projects. Colony Square provides over 44,000 square feet of office space to serve the needs of businesses supporting our military.

Each member of our team is a true professional with the best interest of our clients’ needs in mind. Our properties experience very low turnover due to our attention to tenant relations. We have a proven record for integrity, experience and ability in the real estate market. We know that our responsibility does not end at our doorstep. That is why we are committed to our surrounding community by contributing regularly to local charities and providing support to our schools.
